Quality
Quality is embedded in every stage — not inspected in at the end. In-process checks across film, print, lamination and conversion.
The Crescent QA philosophy
We build quality in rather than inspect quality in. Every stage of production has its own documented spec, its own pass/fail criteria and its own in-process checks. The result is consistent, on-spec packaging that performs for the full shelf-life of your product.
Documented spec per SKU
Every SKU runs against a quality plan agreed with your QA team. Film gauge, treatment, print tolerance, bond strength, seal strength, pouch dimensions and AQL thresholds are documented, signed and shared with every lot.
In-process checks
Film thickness, dyne level, print registration, colour against the approved reference, bond strength, cure confirmation, seal integrity and pouch dimensions are measured against the spec at defined hold-points. Issues are caught at source, not at dispatch.
Lot traceability
Every reel and every carton carries a lot code that traces back through conversion, lamination, print and extrusion. If a question is ever raised, we can isolate the exact batch, process window and operator.
Compliance
Food-contact certification, migration compliance and destination-market regulatory requirements are confirmed against your QA checklist before production starts. COAs are supplied per lot where required.
